2. Orders & Quotations

3. Payment Terms

  • A percentage of the total cost may be required in advance as per order agreement.

  • Full payment must be made before delivery, unless otherwise agreed upon.

  • Late payments may incur a penalty or delay in delivery.

4. Delivery & Installation

  • Delivery timelines are estimated and subject to factors like production volume and logistics.

  • Edu Crafts will not be held responsible for delays caused by third-party carriers or unforeseen events.

  • Installation services are provided based on the client’s location and agreement terms.

5. Cancellations & Returns

  • Once an order is confirmed and production begins, cancellations may not be accepted or may incur a charge.

  • Returns are not accepted for customized products unless damaged during transit or manufacturing defect is found.

  • All returns or complaints must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.

6. Warranty

  • All products come with a standard [1-year] warranty against manufacturing defects.

  • The warranty does not cover wear and tear, misuse, or unauthorized modifications.

7. Use of Website

  • Users must not misuse our website by spreading viruses or engaging in harmful online activities.

  • Content on our site, including product images and descriptions, is protected and owned by Edu Crafts. Unauthorized reproduction is prohibited.

8. Limitation of Liability
